Creative League Presentations

The final whistle has blown on the first Creative League season, with DFC being crowned champions with an unprecedented fourteen game winning run.
You can see the full results and final standings here. We also put together a nice little review, which details the ups and downs of the teams over the season. Which team won by the highest margin? Who conceded the most goals? And just who was each teams player of the season? It’s all in the season review.
So now season two is upon us and we’re soon heading into week three. We’ve had some great blog posts over the last few weeks in anticipation for it. Building Blocks FC have even started their own Wordpress dedicated to the new campaign. Return On Digital revealed their striking (though perhaps even cursed) new kit for the season, whilst Kieron Hughes from PushON wrapped up their season with his own review. Daniel Ashcroft’s KMP match reports are always a good read, and new team, SEO Next are now getting involved in the blogging process. Great work all round!
The Powerleague were kind enough to put on a presentation night for us all following the success of the first season. There were free drinks tokens and a buffet laid out for the players. DFC collected their championship shield, whilst Building Blocks were there to pick up their runners-up medals. Big thanks to all who stayed behind for drinks and food (and a surprisingly dire Tottenham-Real Madrid game). You can see some of the photos from the night below.
